Arts Seal
The Performing Arts Seal goes on your diploma. Here is exactly what to do each year. Documents updated for 2025-26, refreshed every August.
Sophomore year
- Confirm your intention with your mentor teacher.
- Keep logging activities.
Junior year
- Keep logging activities.
- End of Q1: submit the mentor/student agreement.
- End of Q2: submit your Capstone Project proposal (graded on the capstone rubric).
- Second semester: keep meeting your mentor to develop the project.
Senior year
- Keep logging activities.
- With your mentor, pick two more evaluators for your public performance or presentation, and explain why.
- Schedule and complete the capstone and presentation.
- Write the Capstone Reflection (rubric applies).
- Finalize the portfolio. Your mentor grades it and submits it to the district.
